Order Status
How do I know my order was placed?
  When you checkout with your method of payment, on the last page you will see a summary
of your purchases.  All cities you picked to attend fairs in will be displayed, as well as any diskettes and
or CD's for those cities.
How do I change or cancel a Session or CD ?
  After your order is placed you must contact the office in writing to make any changes or cancellations. Any cancellations or changes need to made in writing 3 weeks prior to the session in order to receive a refund. We are no longer able to swap out sessions at any time after the 2 week cut off date.
How do I verify my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Will I receive a email confirmation of my order?
  Yes, once you checkout you will get an email receipt showing what you ordered.
